p/s: about my talk marathon: in my profession, we are expected to have some minimum hours of attending talks, workshop and lecture to complete in order for us to renew ourlicence every year. this is to ensure that we are responsible enuv to upgrade and update ourselves thru all this talks and workshop. so i have no choice but to fulfill my hours of requirement lor...
Jason named it as a 'Chocolate therapy day'. We will wake up a bit early to go to the supermarket to buy some fresh fruits. When we arrived home, I will heat up the chocolate with a bit of milk as chocolate will not melt 'properly' without milk. He will then store all the fruits in the freezer compartment to make it really cold. After the chocolate is ready, we have to chill it for half an hour as well. The whole process took about 2 hours. So two hours later.. the result is as seen in the photo... :) Do you know that eating chocolate causes an endorphin rush? Maybe this is the explaination to the sudden confidence and satisfaction boost I felt at the end of the therapy... :)
I loves chocolate dip but to have it outside in a shopping mall can cost me a fortune, so mabe once a month or once every two months, I will prepare my own homemade chocolate dip with whatever fruits that I can get in the supermarket. Normally, strawberries and apples is a must! Do you know this two fruits when paired up with chocolate taste extremely well? Some other time, I do include pears, honeydew and pineapples but they did not blend that well with chocolate.
Being increasingly boring and tired, took some random pictures and scribble scribble scribble!! Finally, end of the 3 days course!!
P/S: The lectures was nothing about music but since I am not gifted in art, the only symbol that I can think of is that..

5th November 2005
2nd day: Have been busy listening to several talks a day. Was tired of looking for different lecture halls for different topic. But everything was worth it when the "makan time" have finnally arrived!
Food was not bad, not much of variety thou but it taste good. I enjoy their lunch during this 3 days.. Hahaha!!!
Of course, other than that, I did gain some knowledge from the talks and lectures. Some updates in the health care industry!! :)
4th November 2005
1st day: Enjoy the "scenary" in the convention center since this was my 1st time to the center. The venue situated in a shopping center (4th floor), where normally only certain people have the access to the convention center.
Well, that day, I am one of them who have the access to it.. Muahahaha!!!
I met one of my 'long-lost' friend today in an exhibition. She then sms me. We had a sms marathon. She told me that I looked not as happy as I used to be. Well, in this moment of time, I really wonder, am I? I do not know what had I gone thru this two years. I should agree that I feel rather numb lately. Maybe because of the routine job and relationship that I am having. Or mayb that I am too tired when I saw my friend just now. I really do not know.
I am very upset and disappointed now. My manager just told me that I will not be able to apply for the coming Chinese New Year leave. In the past, I will make an effort and try to return to my hometown, Kuala Lumpur to celebrate Chinese New Year. Too bad, next year, I will not go back for the 1st few days of CNY no matter how hard I try!!
I miss my family, my friends and of course, during the 1st 2 days of CNY, there will be a lot of fireworks to enjoy... Well, I will miss every single event next year...
*sob sob sob*
.......Sigh.........
guess wat?? i have been wearing this bracelet this few days since it was my off days.. this was my baby anklet. i cherished this piece of treasure very much. this bracelet is something like a memory-recalling tool for me when i am still a little baby then. it make me realised that once upon a time, i have small little tiny limbs and thanks to my family members that now i grow up to be the person i am. i have out grown my anklet, it does not matter, i shall modified it to be my bracelet then :)
this lead to one of the quotation i've always remember. it does not matter of what you have but rather to make the best out of it
