i think i am better in shifting my house already. i just used about 4 days, all in all to pack, move and unpack my things from my old room to my new one..well, i must said thanks to two of my helper, kim and jason.. they helped me a lot.. i'm lucky to have them around :)
but i've found that my new place is not a bed of roses after all..maybe it is because of the diferrent culture and the different ways people manage their life...when i moved in to another place, it means that there's another culture to follow and there are always rules in the house...
we dun feel the culture and rules is there when we were living with our family because every cultures and rules have been shaped and instilled to us since we were young, but moving in to another new place means to adapt in a totally new environment and culture that are so different from our previous one.. errmm..just find that i need some time to settle down.
sigh...think nothing is better than our home sweet home where we live together with our family members since young..so for those who are living with their family members now, please appreciate it k... :)
one thing good about my new place IS the owner can really train me to be a very neat and tidy person..hahahah
she herself is squeeeeeeeeeky clean!!
just wish me luck...

ya... adapting is a challenging stuff.. there are a few foreign students, actually vet doctors from overseas like iran, zimbabwe.. etc.. n we reali had communication prob. not in the sense of language. but culture. u know wat i mean? first, their accent, which i'm still ok at, but the way they question stuff and do things will reali frust you at times, all to realize that, they mean no harm, and they're still adapting to our culture. thinking of this, how lucky we are to be in our own home. home sweet home.
