My 1st destination!!
Went to my aunt's house once I reached KL
I was told to have dinner with my aunt's family
So once I've reached her house at about 4PM,
I quietly sat there ( in my half-asleep-half-awake mode) and wait for dinner time which turn out to be 3 hrs later
To my horror, my sisters and aunt being in the boring-nothing-to-do mode,
started their pre-CNY monetary game..
Me, being the youngest among my siblings, normally did not join them and this time is no exception.
Off I went wandering around the house and found group of figurines q-ing neatly on top of her TV.
Well, I can figured out mosf of them but the one and only one that left me clueless was the one in yellow color stood right in the middle of the Q
It does look like Winnie The Pooh but.... I am not sure ler..
Errr... Anybody wanna help???# shout out by

On my way back to kl..

Hmm..
It have been a sunny day as the sun shining ferociously showing off his power of the HEAT transmission
Somehow I do not care what was the weather back then,
all I care about was to have a good sleep~in an air-con bus!!
After working all night long, I opted to travel on my sleeping day with the idea that I can rest and sleep during my 6 hours bus journey back to KL!!
Before I even notice, I am into the dreamworld already...
dreaming all the good times I will have in KL later...
*snap snap snap*
come and take photo!!
"here... here...a-yi..take photo for me!!!" my nieces pled
*snap snap snap*
#BRHUUMMM!!! BHRUMM!!#
I woke up from my dream, trying to get some orientation,
I saw it was raining outside the bus...
Ooohh....the camera flashes in my dreams was actually the thunder and lightning outside the bus :)
I am amazed on how fast the weather has changed in the matter of minutes ( or maybe hours as I did not know how long have I been sleeping)
~rephrased: I am amazed on how "dead" I could be when I am sleeping ..heheh
I took the opportunity to snap some pictures..
I particularly like the last photo, showing the droplets of water tracing the window leaving trails behind them as they travel...# shout out by

went gai gai

after such a long time, finally have a chance to go gai gai with my bf..
1st, i had my fav snack stall outside the mall to buy my fav fried baby squid!!
had a wonderful time walking around the mall..
christmas is just around the corner and coincidently the shopping mall that we went to is having a pre-christmas child programme..
i noticed that all the christmas deco is already up and they are all displaying themselves elegantly...
but, just about the show began, i went into a boutique and spent nearly 45 minutes..
bought a fiery red halter neck top with sequinsssss that i will not know whether i will wear it or not in the future..
the plan is to wear it this christmas....but...ermm..provided i hav the gut lor.. hehhee..
*gulp*
*sweat*
but anyway, with the low confidence and the hesitation i pondered for a while
at last, my bf bought it for me...
hhhmm....
thank you dear..
but i cannot promise that will wear it huh??!!!
*still sweating!!*# shout out by

the pre-auditing mock daywell,i do not know how to name it but it is the mock day for the jci audit which was conducted by our own hospital auditors to come over to our ward to audit us.. (not the real 4th to 8th day )
but it was still stressful as our nursing manger starts making noise about everything in the ward early early in the morning
why the medicine trolley not locked?
why the fridge temperature was not charted?
why there were still specimen in the fridge?
why this form is not properly filled up?
where in the signature of the person?
who is the last person who used the treatment room and not cleaned it??
there were so many last minute touch up to do
do not know what to do 1st as everything is so important!!
tried to arrange everything and cleaned everything before our manager blow her head off..
so stressful!!! i started to have butterflies in my tummy.....
on top of that,we still have to update doctors changes, shower babies, take parameters, serve medication and etc (our daily tasks)
such a market place to be in!!!
that was only in the morning, before the auditors come...
can't really imagine how would it be when i actually face the auditors in the afternoon...
i did not have to wait for long,
@
1530
they were in my ward (head of departments, nursing directors, nurse clinicians, CEO, COO, snr consultant &....) all the upper management people......
our nursing manager choosed 3 of us to *greet the auditors.
*to be the frontline people who answer all the questions shot by the auditors.
part one: (the question and answer session) they asked about everything, from job descriptions to departmental plans to fire safety to policies to......
then, they split up.... (to check on us, audit on our practical, scrutinize on our documentation and listen to our case study)
ooppss...
it means that 3 of us can't be side by side supporting each other anymore as in the questions and answer session earlier, my nursing manager was away as well with another auditors
i feel like vomiting, too nervous i guess but i know i can't run away, so
me and another staff nurse have to present a medical case to the auditors in another room with a doctors..
walking towards the room make me feel that it is my death sentences..
sat down on a square table, facing 3 auditors
they asks, we answered..
it seems like at the end of the days, it is not that bad after all!!
our nursing manager was pround of us cos according to her, we answered all the questions very well.
we're relieved!!!# shout out by

what is JCI??joint commission international.
auditors will be coming to our hospital to audit us on everything which include:
# practice standard (from admission, nursing, medical, drugs to HR)
#staff knowledge about hospital's standard policies and procedures, mission, vision and core values, practice etiquette and the list goes on and on and on....
# our hospital have a full preparation of the auditing days which is 4th to 8th of dec.
#all the staffs are stress with everything
(from patient's safety, documentation, infection control, different emergencies plans and codes, fire safety, controlled drugs, departmental plan, job description, induction program, and all the policies etc)
the most horrible thing is:
they will just pick any staff to question, any question which is within our scope (which i have mentioned earlier)
other than that, they will observe how we carry out our everyday task and check on our document, it is rather scary and very stressful to just think of the audit day.
but of course, our nursing manager is very stressful as well, she'd identified, 6 person to be on duty during the audit day and me being the 'lucky' one was being 'chosen'. this make me more stressful in the ssooo stressful situation.
however, 6 of us do have a good time together, tidying up the ward, cracking jokes when we are stressful and supporting each other.
rather lucky to have a good team to work with...
:) just lets see how is everything!!!
*keeping my finger-crossed at all time*# shout out by
